GoDrive Terms of Service

By using GoDrive ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Description of Service

GoDrive is a car rental booking application that connects renters with car rental operators in the Philippines. The app allows you to search for available vehicles, make bookings, communicate with operators, and manage your rentals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license to use this app for booking vehicles. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and making bookings.
• You must not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.

4. Booking & Rental Terms

• Bookings are subject to availability and operator approval.
• You agree to abide by the rental terms set by each individual operator.
• You are responsible for the vehicle during your rental period as outlined in the rental contract.
• GoDrive facilitates connections between renters and operators but is not a party to the rental agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false identification or booking information
• Use the app to harass, threaten, or abuse operators or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the app

6. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's terms. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store are governed by Google's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store (Apple or Google).

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of GoDrive are owned by AutoGuardProPH and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoDrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to vehicle damage, rental disputes, or loss of data. GoDrive acts as a platform connecting renters with operators and is not responsible for the actions of either party.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
