Request Account Deletion

If you would like to request deletion of your GoDrive account and associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to: autoguardprophilippines@gmail.com

Use the subject line: GoDrive Account Deletion Request

Include the following details in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your full name as it appears in the app
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Gets Deleted

Upon processing your request, we will delete:

• Your account and authentication data
• Your profile information and location history
• Any uploaded photos and documents (including identity and verification images)
• Your name, phone number, email and signature from past booking records (the records themselves are kept, anonymized, for accounting)

What We May Keep

To protect renters, operators and the public from fraud, theft and unpaid losses, we may keep some records while a reason to do so exists, as permitted by the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012:

• Records for any rental that is not yet complete, or that was booked in the last 180 days
• Records tied to a ban, incident report, dispute, open support case, or a legal requirement
• Signed Terms of Service acceptance records

We remove what we lawfully can right away and delete the rest automatically once the reason to keep it has ended. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Signed in with Facebook?

You can also remove GoDrive in your Facebook settings (Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and websites) and choose to delete your data. Facebook notifies us and we process the request automatically, with the same retention exceptions as above.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

In-App Deletion

You can also delete your account directly from the app by going to Profile > Delete Account.
